MoniTabs is a personal finance and debt tracking tool for informational and organizational purposes only.
3. Not a banking or financial service
MoniTabs is not a bank, financial institution, payment service, money transfer service, or credit provider.
The App:
- does not handle, store, or transfer real money
- does not provide loans or financial services
- does not execute financial transactions
All data is user-entered for tracking purposes only.
4. No financial or professional advice
The App does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.
All information is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all financial data before making decisions.
5. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- accuracy of data entered
- decisions made based on the App
- verifying all financial information
- maintaining backups of your data
Use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Data storage and loss
- All data is stored locally on your device
- No cloud storage or server storage is provided
- Data may be lost due to device failure, uninstall, or system issues
You are responsible for maintaining backups.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- the App will be error-free
- the App will be uninterrupted
- data or calculations will always be accurate
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoniTabs and its developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
- financial loss
- data loss
- incorrect calculations
- missed reminders
- indirect or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoniTabs and its developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the App
- your violation of these Terms
- your misuse of the App
10. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob.
We are not responsible for third-party content, data practices, or services.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for illegal purposes
- attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- misuse or abuse the App
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the App or store listing.
13. Modifications
We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without liability.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
